ABOUT
Architecture History & Theory is structured around a sequence of lecture-style classes aimed at facilitating students' comprehension of architecture spanning from ancient times to the Enlightenment era. The focus is on exploring the intellectual, aesthetic, technological, political, and economic aspects that have shaped architectural design throughout history. The module incorporates various class activities, two projects, and a final examination.
LECTURES
Through the lectures, I gained knowledge about the evolution of architecture from Ancient times to Western architectural developments. Furthermore, the tutorial sessions played a crucial role in enhancing my comprehension of each lecture. The practice of drawing the key features of buildings and summarizing main points in tutorial tasks significantly facilitated my memorization process.
